Victorian Oak Ships Swivel Chairs.  This wonderful swivel chairs would have originally been secured to the floorboards on board a ship to prevent it from moving.  Having an Oak frame  with a faux leather upholstery that replaced the original upholstery during the 1950's and swivels on a decorative cast iron base.
Used singularly these now make for unusual desk chairs but if bought as a larger set they become unique dining chairs.
In a good sturdy condition with signs of wear to original paint finish in places.
