The Old Yard is based in Oswestry, Shropshire, right on the Welsh border, run by husband and wife Andy and Elaine and their daughter Hannah, who joined them in the business in 2021 and has since established her own antiques business called Jennings and Cox
They have been in the antique's trade since the late 1980's and spend much of their time sourcing quality pieces of Furniture, Lighting and Decorative items for the home and garden and are often seen featured in home and garden magazines such as the Period Living Magazine. Selling mainly on-line, from their showroom in Oswestry and also at selective antique fairs.
They also sell refurbished Steel Windows and Doors which are carefully refurbished on site
The nature of their business means that important resources are saved every time someone makes a purchase and therefore the carbon footprint reduced and they reuse as much packaging as possible for deliveries.
Their customer base is wide and varied selling to interior designers, film and tv production companies, commercial and private clients.
