Delivery Terms & Conditions
We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hrs during weekdays. For furniture and larger items which require a courier service please allow up to 7 - 10 working days. We use a 2 man, door to door courier company and you will kept updated on your delivery at all times.
We are strong advocates for reusing packaging materials wherever possible so don't be surprised if your purchase arrives wrapped in used bubble wrap or an Amazon box!
The right to return an item does not apply to the following types of Goods, which are non-refundable:
Items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to the Customer’s specific requirements.
Please note that you will not be eligible for a refund if we informed you of the fault(s), damage or other problems with the Goods via the description and/or photographs on our website before you purchased them, or if you have purchased the Goods for an unsuitable purpose that is neither obvious nor made known to us or if the problem has resulted from your use of the Goods for that purpose; or if the problem is the result of normal wear and tear, misuse or intentional or careless damage.
Returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt of your order, please do this by emailing email@example.com
Once your refund request has been received we will arrange a collection with our couriers, who will be in touch directly to arrange collection details.
Please note that all returns should be sent back in the same condition that you received them. Once we have received the item we will confirm receipt and issue a refund within 14 days less the original outbound delivery costs providing that the item has been returned in the same condition they were delivered to you.
If the returned item is not received back in the same condition that they were delivered to you, we will not be able to process the refund. All items are inspected on return.
Acting under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, customers may return Goods that have been damaged in transportation or if the listing on the site is materially inaccurate, misleading, or misrepresents the Goods. In these cases, the Customer must provide photographic evidence or reject the delivery on arrival.
