Delivery Terms & Conditions

DELIVERY

COVID 19

During these difficult times, we are still able to arrange a contactless courier delivery service or we can securely store your purchases until you have happy to receive your purchases.

Please contact us for UK, and Worldwide delivery options and prices.

We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hrs during weekdays.  For furniture and larger items which require a courier service please allow up to 7 - 10 working days. You will kept updated on your delivery at all times.

We are strong advocates for reusing materials wherever possible so don't be surprised if your purchase arrives wrapped in used bubble wrap or an Amazon box!

RETURNS

** Please note that antique and vintage items are not sold as new and will have signs of wear & tear or even damage.

This is not sufficient grounds for a refund if you have been made aware via our website photographs and item description.**

Customers can return Goods up to 14 days after the Goods have been received.

The right to return an item does not apply to the following types of Goods, which are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to the Customer’s specific requirements.

Additionally, the Customer may not return an item if it "doesn't fit" when its dimensions or other characteristics have been clearly stated in the item description. We strongly recommend that the buyer measures all areas prior to making a purchase.

In the case of a return, the costs of delivery (i.e. outbound delivery costs when Goods are sent from the Vendor to a Customer) are non-refundable.

The Customer is responsible for organising the return of Goods and for paying return delivery costs.

Once the item is returned to the Vendor in the same condition, the Vendor will confirm receipt and refund the Customer the cost of the item.

If an item is returned to the seller damaged, or in an unsuitable condition, we will not be able to process the refund and may have to send it back to you (and ask you to cover the delivery costs). All items are inspected on return.

Acting under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, customers may return faulty Goods that are damaged in transportation or if the listing on the site is materially inaccurate, misleading, or misrepresents the Goods. In these cases, the Customer must provide photographic evidence or reject the delivery on arrival.

We are not liable for any damages or loss sustained in transit via third parties.
