A Victorian Cast Iron "Reaper" Stick Stand.  The stand is a figure of a reaper or harvester carrying a sheaf of wheat over one shoulder.
It is in a good solid condition with signs of both green and red paint and no cracks to the Cast Iron.  The oval support he is holding in one hand is not the original.
