A Large Scale Edwardian Pond Yacht C.1910.  This hand built Pond Yacht is named "WaterWitch".  It has a full set of sails and is fully rigged with a moveable rudder and comes with it's original stand.
It has great decorative appeal and is in a good condition.  It is likely that it has been repainted over the years.
