A Large Original Antique Creamware PURE BUTTER Slab.  It has lovely black lettering to the front and impressed makers mark to the base.  With shaped sides for ease of handling.
This slabs were used in grocers stores and would have displayed a large slab of butter ready to be cut into smaller portions for the customers.
In good original condition, with no cracks or chips.
