An antique Georgian Painted Pine Mule Chest.  Finished in its original paint, it features 2 drawers that are slightly different sizes.  The interior still holds the remnants of a newspaper lining dated 1884.

A very useful piece of furniture provides plenty of storage space and could serve as a blanket box, toy box, coffee table or even a stylish log bin.

It remains in solid, original condition with wear and tear appropriate for age and use and historic repair.
