Mid 20th C. Opaline Pendant Lights.  These unusual pendant lights have a mirrored glass shade that sits over the main Opaline section and a glass light diffuser at the bottom.  Chrome top fitting.
They have been rewired with a traditional style braided flex and are ready to hang from a ceiling rose.
