A very tall and decorative Bronze/Brass Moorish Style Lantern with coloured glass panels.  It has a gallery running around the turret which has a crescent moon at the top and a skirt around the bottom with holders that possibly would have held glass dishes for candles.
Inside is an electric fitting for one bulb.  
This piece will require some restoration and re-wiring by a qulaified electrician but once done it will be an amazing and unique piece of lighting.
