A rather wonderful 19th C. Painted Pine Food Cupboard or Cooler.  It has it's original paint finish and metal lining which has a drainage hole in the base.  Originally ice would have been placed inside the cupboard to keep the temperature cool and as the ice defrosted it would drain away.
It has had a new slatted shelf added but is otherwise in original condition and could still be used today as a cooler, perfect for storing your wine and beer.
