An early 20th C. Oak Desk Top Stationary Box. The doors open to reveal compartments for letters, envelopes and a little ink well. The curved top lifts up to reveal smaller compartments for paper erasers and smaller items of stationary. A small writing slope pulls out from the bottom which also has a section to hold pens and pencils.
This small piece of desk top furniture is as useful today as when it was made and it looks good too!
It does have signs of wear as would be expected from daily use and a historic repair to the keyhole.
